What is Momento?
Momento is a shared photo experience that lets everyone at an event capture and collect memories together in one place.
How do guests join an event?
Scan the host’s QR code or open the invitation link, enter your name, and join the event. Joining depends on event availability and the guest limit.
Do guests need an account?
Guests can join without registering. Momento creates an anonymous session to connect their name and photos to the event. Creating and managing an event requires a registered account.
Can I limit how many photos guests take?
Yes. Events have a shot allowance, with an unlimited-shots upgrade available before the event ends. Deleting a photo does not restore a used shot.
Who can see the photos?
The host can view photos before the guest reveal time. After reveal, active guests can see all available photos or only their own, depending on the host’s settings. People who can view photos may download copies.
